「寿ぐ（ことほぐ）」という言葉があります。
相手の幸せを願い、
門出を祝い、
言葉を贈ること。
人生には、
いくつもの節目があります。
出会うこと。
家族になること。
歳を重ねること。
別れること。
そして、また出会うこと。
喜びのときも、
悲しみのときも。
その一つひとつに寄り添い、
大切に紡いでいく。
お寺は昔から、
人の暮らしとともにありました。
これからも、
その「寿」に寄り添う場所でありたいと

to each of these moments,
and to honor them with care.
