“Ice brewed tea as an aperitif,” “Hot tea for main dish,” and “Matcha as a closing tea.”
Those tea leaves are from traditional tea companies in Kyoto.

- Ice brewed tea as an aperitif -
Ice brewed tea and Ganish
『氷淹れ冷茶』 と 『季節の付け合せ』
The tea has a fine flavor and sweetness since it is slowly brewed with ice.
Perfect match with the garnish, which is made with seasonal fresh vegetables.
- Hot tea for main dish -
〜Hot tea and Lunch〜
『鉄瓶温茶』 と 『お寺ごはん』
Hot tea served by iron pot, called Nanbu-tekki.
Mild aroma promotes your appetite and it goes well with the main dish.
Main dish is a vegetarian menu. Nice and healthy.
- Matcha as a closing tea -
〜Matcha and Wasanbon〜
『〆の抹茶』 と 『純度100％和三盆』
As a closing, we serve Matcha accompanied with confection.
The confection is homemade. We use special sugar called Wasanbon from Awa region.
Please enjoy silky texture in your mouth.
