Wasanbon is a traditional qualified sugar from Shikoku region. The texture is silky and it has an elegant sweetness.
Following the instruction, you will make Wasanbon confectionery with wooden shapes made from wild cherry tree.
At the end of the activity, a cup of Japanese tea will be served.
